Delivery methods:
We use the services of La Poste Colissimo for parcel delivery. 2 delivery methods are offered with delivery times of 2 to 4 working days in Metropolitan France:
Home delivery against signature
Your package will be delivered to you in person against signature. Are you absent during delivery? It will be dropped off at the post office. You will then have 10 working days to withdraw it. After this period, your package will be returned to us.
Home delivery is available for France, Europe and the rest of the world.
Delivery costs will be applied depending on the country of destination and the weight of the package.
Delivery to the post office, relay point & lockers
When ordering, you can select the relay point or post office to which you wish to be delivered. You can choose from more than 10,000 offices offered in mainland France, Corsica and Monaco. To collect your parcel, go there and present your parcel number and your identity document. Once your package is available, you have 10 working days to collect your package. After this period, it will be returned to us.
Delivery to a relay point is available for mainland France, Corsica, Monaco, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Spain (excluding specific territories), Italy, Portugal (excluding specific territories), Ireland and the United Kingdom.
If your package exceeds the dimensions authorized by Colissimo (L+w+h ≤ 150 cm and/or L ≤ 100 cm), we reserve the right to change the mode of transport.
Purchase outside the European Union:
Countries outside the European Union are not subject to French VAT (20% value added tax).
The products are sold tax free but are subject to customs fees (to be paid to the carrier upon delivery).
The application of the VAT rate is managed automatically after entering your delivery address.
